Broadband Connectivity – Ashlands Primary

Ashlands Primary School

Andrew Soutar, Head Teacher for Ashlands Primary School on the benefits of using Schools Broadband connectivity and filtering.

Andrew Soutar, Head Teacher for Ashlands Primary School was after a broadband provider which would offer a reliable fast service, competitive pricing, a company who listens and one he was able to contact.

“Prior to changing to Schools Broadband, our broadband connection was variable and did not inspire the staff or children with confidence. Since Schools broadband took over, the speed and reliability has increased hugely.

We use a wide range of internet based resources to extend and enhance the learning of all children in the school, so it’s imperative our broadband provider delivers a reliable service that works for everyone. We specifically wanted a provider who would offer a reliable fast service, competitive pricing, a company who listens and one we are able to contact. Schools Broadband ticked all those boxes.

Installation

Throughout our installation, the Service Delivery team were excellent. They kept to the deadlines and let us know exactly what was happening and how it would work. They operate an efficient installation service with engineers who get the job done. Our transition was extremely smooth with no problems or issues.

Service Levels

Since Schools broadband took over, the speed and reliability has increased hugely…Now we have the cloud hosted network, the control that we have in terms of Web Filtering and monitoring of internet use by everyone in the school is immediate, and as granular as we need it to be. Schools Broadband has responded quickly to any query that we have had and they get problems resolved in a timely manner. Everyone is approachable and people do what they say they will do.”
