Richmond School made the decision to switch from a rival appraisal and professional development software package to SchooliP in 2017. Deputy Headteacher, Charlotte Wardle conducted a full review a number of the alternative performance management software tools.

“I researched many of the products that are currently available and invited demonstrations from a selected few. We were elated that Charlotte made the decision for Richmond School to utilise SchooliP. The school is an 11-18 community comprehensive with around 1500 pupils on roll. The site is located on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in the town of Richmond. With an excess of 150 members of staff, implementing SchooliP has ensured multiple benefits for Charlotte and the school.

Understandably, we are pleased that our software is having a very positive influence. We asked Charlotte to further explain the results that staff have enjoyed.

“It is very easy to use and a workload saver. Customer support are really helpful, they are always there to answer my endless questions! It is a great product already, but it continues to develop in order to meet the changing demands of our sector.”
